Greg formed Center Point Business Valuations, LLC in 2007 to focus exclusively on valuation issues that companies face. The demands of the IRS, SEC and FASB regulatory environment require a firm dedicated exclusively to the field of valuation. With over two decades of valuation experience, Greg helps clients solve valuation issues for taxation, transaction, and transfer purposes in a wide range of industries.

At Center Point, Greg is responsible for leading, developing, and directing the growth of the company’s business appraisal services and managing a team of analysts. In addition to comprehensive appraisal reports, Greg also provides valuation consulting services, litigation support, and expert witness testimony.

Prior to Center Point Business Valuations, Greg co-founded Equity Valuation Group where he oversaw the company’s business valuation analysts, service areas, marketing, and sales effort.

Prior to Equity Valuation Group, Greg worked for ValueNomics, a Silicon Valley-based business valuation firm where for eight years he learned all aspects of the business valuation profession from closing new engagements to completing valuation projects. Greg was responsible for managing ValueNomics’ San Diego office. ValueNomics’ was purchased by Armanino McKenna, a regional CPA firm, in 2005.

Prior to ValueNomics, Greg was an analyst with a Southern California-based investment banking firm.
